On-line Quenching System for Aluminum Profiles

Installation Position

Installed right after the extruder outlet. It rapidly cools hot extruded profiles on the production line immediately after extrusion.

Core Purpose

Retain the solid solution structure of aluminum alloy. After aging treatment, the profiles gain higher hardness, tensile strength and mechanical properties. It prevents slow natural cooling which would cause soft material, insufficient strength and bending deformation.
