Billet heating furnace

The heating furnace heats aluminum billets from ambient temperature to extrusion temperature ranging from 480°C to 500°C, ensuring smooth extrusion under optimal production conditions. This furnace adopts indirect heating with heat transfer by convection, greatly boosting product yield while featuring easy operation and excellent cost efficiency. 

Its combustion system is controlled via proportional industrial burners. An exhaust preheating system is added to capture and recycle waste flue gas, cutting energy consumption by 20%.
